The Food Safety Training Game is specifically designed to reduce risk and improve food handler's knowledge and understanding of Food Safety and Food Hygiene processes, procedures, legislation and practices.Purpose: The purpose of the Food Safety Training Game is to embed the serious message of managing food safety in the workplace. Trainees playing the Food Safety Training Game will get a deeper understanding of essential food safety and hygiene standards.
How to Play: The group is firstly broken up into small teams of up to four people. Each team then throws the jumbo dice and moves around the game board. In each section teams are presented with questions or scenarios about key food safety issues.
The extra large The Food Safety Training Game has been designed for large teams of up to 24 people playing in 6 groups of 4 people, enabling them to understand the key food safety and food hygiene issues within their business.
